I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

Hard to review a mattress when it has yet to arrive. Just the fact they asked me to review the mattress means they have no idea I don't have it yet. The Shipping company Serta uses lost the first mattress. Had to wait for Serta to manufacture another one. Now the delivery company keeps pushing delivery dates back on us. 2 months now

I love how responsive and supportive this bed is for my bed. It's firm enough without sacrificing comfort. I toss and turn when I sleep, so I need a bed that's soft enough for me to sleep on my side, but also firm enough when I'm sleeping facing up. This bed a really good investment and I can see myself using this bed for years to come.

This is a spacious mattress that is absolutely comfortable and give a deep and relaxing sleep. I'm 243 lb 5'10 and this mattress holds me perfectly fine and my 16 lb cat cat stretch out without causing any inconvenience.

I received this mattress and was so incredibly excited to try it out. Serta is one of those brands that you know delivers a good product. The hybrid feature is neat, and the claims of cooling was intriguing to me. My boyfriend gets very hot at night, and tends to sweat while sleeping. We have been testing the mattress for a few weeks now, and though the jury is still out on if the cooling really works, we absolutely love the comfort and plushness of the mattress. It's a Goldilocks (not too soft, but not too firm), and we definitely notice a difference from our previous mattress to this one. I'd say if you're in the market for a new mattress, give this one a try, and it won't let you down!

The Serta Perfect Sleeper Quilted Hybrid mattress is beyond comfortable and luxurious. I truly feel like I am sleeping on a cloud! The Lexington medium pillow top is a perfect combination of support and softness. After a few weeks of sleeping on this mattress, the coils have molded to perfectly support my body. The memory foam topper is so soft and comfortable, I find myself falling asleep easily. I would definitely recommend this mattress for anyone who wants the most restful, comfortable sleep.

My partner and I have tried this bed for a couple nights. We originally had one from Ashley furniture that would sink you in too much. However this serta mattress has been amazing! It has the right amount of firmness and softness. The cooling effect, I feel actually is legit because I have not gotten as warm as usual. The quilted top is a lovely addition to this mattress as well.

Wow! Just wow! I have not slept this great in a very long time! So many people underestimate the importance of a great mattress! It's not just to provide comfort - but when it comes to comfort this one hits all the boxes!! It's cooling technology, and pillow top allows me to breath and not sweat at night. I am a hot sleeper and this mattress really does help keep me cool! It's a perfect balance of firm/ and cushion. The pillow top gives it just right amount of fluff that a topper is not needed, yet it is firm enough that your body isn't sore in the morning.
